The Judge

Sought out by a global corporate brand, Stephanie was tapped twice to serve alongside businessman and Shark Tank's Daymond John to judge the Miami Edition of the Miller Lite Tap the Future Business Pitch Competition. Stephanie also provided marketing consulting support for the events.

The Instructor

Stephanie was chosen by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to serve as the Miami Instructor for the SBA Emerging Leaders program held at Florida International University. For two years, she instructed & coached small-to-midsize business owners how to scale and grow their companies.

Stephanie pours out her passion and shares her knowledge to diverse audiences whether corporate, nonprofit, women, youth or affinity groups. She has been invited by small & large local, national & international groups to serve as a keynote speaker as well as workshop facilitator. Speaking topics are related to tourism development, cultural tourism, inclusion & diversity, community engagement, marketing and women empowerment.

Stephanie has always been known to advocate for groups of individuals such as single moms, youth and small businesses. She has travelled to Washington, DC and state capitols to speak with Presidential aides, Federal agencies, State legislators and Black caucuses to ensure that underrepresented voices are heard and have a seat at the table to address disparities, inequalities, inclusion & diversity.

As a savvy businesswoman, Stephanie made the transition from employee to entrepreneur and has started four businesses over the past 20 years.  She has championed for educational, entrepreneurial, economic empowerment and opportunities for women and entrepreneurs throughout her career. She is Founder & CEO of the Cultural Heritage Alliance for Tourism, Inc.

Stephanie has written books on small business start-up and women empowerment. She will release a series of ebooks on topics related to cultural heritage tourism, community tourism & local assets engagement.

The Fellow

Stephanie was selected as a 2019 Young Leaders of America Initiative Reverse Exchange Fellow, a program of the U.S. Department of State & Meridian International. She traveled to Jamaica for two weeks June/July 2019 to co-present a cultural heritage tourism summit for millennials as well as met with the U.S. Embassy, tourism & business stakeholders in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Negril, Mandeville & Kingston.

As a servant leader, Stephanie has supported and volunteered for many local causes as well as worked to empower single moms, teen girls and entrepreneurs. She has received numerous local & national awards for her work including her recognition as a L'Oreal Paris Women of Worth honoree in NYC. Also, she was chosen to travel to LA to appear live on "The Talk" talk show hosted by Sharon Osborne & Aisha Tyler.
